Talcott Realty Investors (Hartford, CT) announced today that its three Ormsby Office Building are now LEED Certified as established by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and verified by the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI). Ormsby I, II and III are each six-story, multi-tenanted Class “A” office buildings with a total of more than 500,000 square feet. They are the first buildings of any kind in the State of Kentucky to be certified under the LEED for Existing Buildings: O&M Rating System.
